Hi! I’m Ms. Raines & I am your new Math/Science teacher for this school year. I have been in Vernon Parish since I was in 7th grade! I graduated from Leesville High School & went on to obtain my Bachelors in Elementary Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have a teaching certification in Elementary Education grades 1-5, and have been teaching for 4 years. Outside of 4th grade, I have previously taught 3rd grade, as well as 9th and 12th grade. I have recently obtained certification as a Level 1 Google Educator. I have a 2 year old daughter named Raegan, and two dogs- Willie and Crimson! I enjoy spending time outdoors & camping, watching LSU football, playing soccer, and hanging out with my family and friends.
